JOB DESCRIPTION: Advancement Services and Stewardship Manager (Bay Area)

What’s Different About This Opportunity?

Come join a growing and well-respected nonprofit that works at the intersection of youth development and sports. No ultimate Frisbee experience necessary!  You could be a key part of our small but mighty team (5 amazing FTEs), help us expand our powerful mission in California and beyond, and help us continue on our growth trajectory!  We have an amazing base of individual supporters (800+) that are key to our organization’s financial stability and you can help strengthen/expand that base!  With time and experience, (and if it fits within your career goals) you can be a key part of building the Development team. Most importantly, our work with youth is special and our team is a lot of fun. At a time when other nonprofits are calling their staff back to the “office”, we’ve always been virtual and you’ll be able to stay working from home now and into the future.

Mission: Empower youth from underrepresented communities to develop confidence, teamwork, and accountability through the sport and community of ultimate.
